The Gastdozentenhaus as workshop and conference location

Are you planning an event and looking for the right room? The conference should take place in the Karlsruhe city center or near to the KIT? Then you are at the right place.
The Gastdozentenhaus offers an ideal environment for conferences, congresses, workshops or other events. There is an air conditioned conference room (Dürersaal) which hosts up to 30 people. On top there are three smaller conference rooms. Additional equipment, e.g., a projector, a screen, an overhead projector or a flipchart ca be provided.

 

Fees

The conference rooms can be rented full-day (8 am - 6 pm) or half-day (8 am - 1 pm and 1 pm - 6 pm)

Dürersaal (air-conditioned)

KIT-internal

½ day: € 200, 1 day: € 350

External

½ day: € 300, 1 day: € 500

Prices for the other conference rooms and for catering are available on request.

Projector, overhead-projector, screen and flipchart are available for free.
